We use the benefits of this process to the advantage of our customers in a variety of different ways. For instance, we effectively save costs thanks to the minimum welding time required. Furthermore, KÖNIG METALL uses this process in a variety of safety parts for the airbag industry due to its high process reliability For spot, projection and MAG welding we use intelligent process-monitored machines that ensure all welding work takes place in compliance with the specified parameters.
Large batch runs are efficiently manufactured in semi- and fully-automated and camera-assisted plants by six-axis welding robots. Our grinding and assembly processes involve all standard processes too and sometimes we carry these out using both mobile and stationary machinery to ensure versatility and timeliness when meeting our customers’ requirements.
