As a result, marks on the surface of sheet metal are avoided as well as deformation of the parts. This is very beneficial in the production of household and IT appliances and machines enabling them to be produced very efficiently.

Because of the excellent process reliability it is even used for security parts for the airbag industry. During the spot welding process, intelligent process controlling devices are sued to ensure that all welding is done within proper parameters. To deal with large quantities a six-axis welding robot is used.
