We process tubes

We produce high quantities of tubes for exhaust gas systems. To ensure our excellent market position we developed the key technologies in house and brought them into large scale production.

The heart of this technology is perforating the tubes. With highly automated processes and extremely short cycle times we are able to produce this product very cost effective.

Afterwards tubes are bent. For the tube connection or tube ending a change of diameter is necessary. This is done on a special tube profile performing machine.

These machines were developed and built by KÖNIG METALL. Furthermore we perforate tubes for the airbag industry in large quantities and different variations. These machines were also developed and built by KÖNIG METALL.
