We treat surfaces

KÖNIG METALL offers pre-treatment and primary coating of sheet metal parts, as well as varnish coatings either as a single treatment or as a supplement to the primary coating.

The pre-treatment is completed by hosing down and immersing the part. This is comprised of degreasing, phosphating and the elctrophoretic painting (KTL).

We use environmental friendly water based paint. For the coating varnish an electrostatic high rotation coating production line is available. Beyond that, sheet metals are coated with use of low pressure spray tools.
