We weld and cut with laser technique

A five-axis-CO2 laser with an exceptionally large working area of 2660 x 3200 x 900 mm is employed in the portal production line. This machine allows 2D and 3D processing of small and middle sized sheets and sheet metal parts. Almost any shapes and outlines are machinable – even narrow parts. The welding seams are very fine but extremely durable.

We use the laser technique even for the metal blank production together with punching / nibbling technology. This ensures a flexible and efficient production of high quality.
