Our team of experts works together with the customer from the beginning and is involved in the development process of the parts. The cost effective production of the parts, the quality and sustainability are outstanding. Another strength of KÖNIG METALL is the fast implementation of customer requirements in pattern parts by the well trained specialists.

With modern project management and advanced product quality planning and control, we ensure an optimal relationship between performance, costs and delivery.

Our design equipment comprises state-of-the art CATIA workstations (V4 and V5), and Unigraphix. Drawings are produced in 2D or 3D. We employ external data lines using the VDA standard Odette; ENGDAT (VDA 4951) and the EDIFACT Standard or via the internet. Data can be transferred quickly and efficiently to and from the customer and supplier. Internally, data is transferred to the prototyping and tool making shops as well as production and quality control via a modern LAN. As a result, we are able to ensure a flexible, timely and cost effective development from the idea to the finished product.
